Our expert guides will walk you through modern and contemporary art, teaching you about the life and production of the artists whose works are on display and contextualising these exhibitions in the history of art. Please read these terms and conditions (“Tours Terms”) carefully before purchasing a London Art Walk tour.
All individuals who book with us agree to be bound to these Tour Terms as a condition of entry or participate in any activity organised by London Art Walk, regardless as to whether or not they were the booker of the tickets. In these Tours Terms, ‘London Art Walk’, ‘we’, ‘us’ and ‘our’ refers to the founder Isabela Mosconi Katchuian Galvao and any collaborator or tour guide of London Art Walk and the ‘you’ and ‘your’ refers to the purchaser or the person who has booked, or is holding, the relevant ticket. Your right to use our services is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Tours Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the service.

Application. These Tours Terms apply to sales made via the London Art Walk website (“Website”), social media or any other points of sales. These terms apply to the following types of ticket (“Tickets”) and any payment made in relation to such Tickets:
- Museums: Entry into the museum’s temporary and paid-for exhibitions (if applicable), offering access to special displays and collections that are not part of the regular exhibits.
- Galleries: General admission to the gallery space, allowing access to the main exhibitions and displays.
- Art Fairs: Entry to art fairs, offering access to the latest trends in the global art market.
- Studio Visits: Entry into artists’ studios, providing a unique opportunity to see where the artwork is created and to interact with the artists.
- Events/Talks: Entry into on-site and online events, including lectures, discussions and special presentations by experts in the field.
- Day Trips: Comprehensive packages that include transportation, lunch, guided tours and entry tickets to all visited locations, ensuring a hassle-free and enriching experience.
A binding contract will be created between you and us once you receive an email confirming your booking and we have received your payment in full.
Pricing, Booking and Payment of the Tour. The price offered on our Website shall apply to the activity you book. The amount you pay for an activity (“Booking Price”) is the posted price less any applicable discount. Unless otherwise agreed, the Booking Price for the activity is payable immediately upon booking.
Tickets should be booked online. The Booking Price includes admission to the respective venue. If you have booked the Tickets you confirm that you are aged 13 or over and are otherwise able to enter into these Tours Terms. Children under 13 must be with an adult, who will be responsible for their behaviour (for the avoidance of doubt, accompanying adults also require a separate ticket).
Tickets shall be provided for all the details of the tour or activity booked including description of the tour, meeting point, duration, group size, hour, date, time, as well as any brochure with prior information to give context about the tour and/or the artworks. Ticket is only valid for one admission for the date and time stated on it.
Tour Capacity. To ensure a valuable, exclusive and personalised experience, our tours or activities have a limited number of participants. Digital events normally have unlimited capacity.
The Day of the Tour. To join the tours, there is no need to print out any documentation. Simply show up to the meeting point and provide us with the name and/or email you used for payment. If the museum, gallery or art space requires a ticket for entry, we will handle the collection of tickets before the tour begins.
Please note that our tour guides or collaborators may be unable to wait for people arriving late. Please make sure to arrive at least 15 minutes prior to the tour to allow enough time for queuing and security checks.
During the Tour. During the Tour, you will hear insights from experts, curators, artists and/or art historians for approximately one and a half hours, can ask questions and share your thoughts respectfully. Specifically, you agree:
- To comply with all directions given by us, our representatives or the corresponding invigilators at the art spaces. This may include guidelines in relation to distance, silence, behaviour, health and safety;
- Checks and regulations in relation to security which may include searches of bags, clothing and other items on entry and exit and to confiscate items which may be illegal, cause danger or disruption to any art space, the works or other visitors. Please note carefully that oversized bags are often not allowed;
- Requirements in respect of queuing and the use of designated routes within the art spaces, for instance, you shall remain within the public or permitted areas of the art spaces;
- The consumption of food and drink unless otherwise indicated is strictly prohibited outside of designated food service areas, as well as smoking, including electronic cigarettes;
- Do not touch the artworks unless explicitly permitted;
- Non‑commercial use of photographic, film and video equipment is permitted unless otherwise indicated – but the use of flash or tripods is prohibited across the art spaces;
- Do not interfere with the tour with commercial, promotional and trading activities;
- You are responsible for your own personal belongings, your own safety and the safety of those under your care during the tour. Therefore, we will not be held responsible for any lost or stolen personal belongings.
London Art Walk reserves the right, absolutely and at its sole discretion, to suspend or cut short the visit of any person at any time for failure to comply with these Tour Terms. This includes, but is not limited to, being under the influence of drugs or excessive alcohol, violating the guidelines on behaviour, posing a risk to others or behaving in a way that causes a public nuisance.
Private or Bespoke Tour Tickets. When you book a private or bespoke tour with London Art Walk, a 50% deposit is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due two (2) weeks prior to the scheduled tour date.
Please note that failure to complete the payment in the specified timeframe may result in the cancellation of your tour. For any questions or assistance with your booking, please contact com@londonartwalk.com.
Cancellation and Refunds. We offer refunds on tickets made prior two weeks to the day of the tour. After that period, we will not refund tickets for any other reason.
In the event of such cancellation before that period, customers will be provided with a credit on their account equivalent to the cost of the Ticket. Any credit shall be valid for three (3) months from the date the credit was issued and you may use such a credit to book an alternative date for the event or any other Ticket, if practicable.
If we cancel the tour due to unforeseen circumstances, you will receive the option to reschedule the tour.
Resale and Transfer of Tickets. Tickets cannot be resold. Any Tickets found to have been offered for resale will be cancelled without refund and admission will be refused to the bearer. However, the transfer of Tickets is permitted subject to providing notice at least twenty-four (24) hours prior to the tour.
Intellectual Property. All intellectual property rights relating to the contents offered during the tour are part of research, experience and study of the London Art Walk team, protected by UK legislation. It is prohibited to reproduce, alter or modify, distribute, communicate and commercially exploit in any way our content without our express written consent. You may record extracts and take notes of the tour for your strictly personal and non-commercial use only, always crediting London Art Walk.
You agree to grant London Art Walk a royalty-free worldwide licence to use photos and videos taken on its tours in which you may appear. London Art Walk has the right to reproduce, distribute, broadcast, exhibit, edit, digitise or in any other way use the material by any means and in any form of media, whether existing now or created later, without restriction worldwide, by incorporating the content into its Website, catalogues, books, brochures, magazines, social media or any other publications. Liability.
Your Liability. You acknowledge that you will be liable for (i) any breach of these terms and conditions, (ii) any physical damage you may cause to art spaces, artworks, buildings, or any other object during the tour, or (iii) any injury you may cause to our collaborators, representatives, other visitors or artists during the tour.
If you are the responsible adult, you shall also be responsible for all children that you accompany. Where you are the organiser of a party, you shall be jointly and severally liable (with the applicable visitor(s)) for any damage caused by the visitors in your party.
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of or related to your breach of these terms and conditions, or any damage or injury caused by you or those under your responsibility.
Our liability. Subject to the limitations and exclusions set out below, London Art Walk is responsible to you for foreseeable loss and damage caused by us. Loss or damage is foreseeable if either it is obvious that it will happen or if, at the time the contract was made, both we and you knew it might happen.
If we fail to comply with these Tour Terms, we shall be responsible for breaking this contract or our failing to use reasonable care and skill.
Exclusion of liability. We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to fire, flood, storm, strikes, riots, civil commotion, war or acts of governmental or parliamentary authority. Please note that personal arrangements for tours including travel or accommodation, in particular to Day Trips, which have been arranged by you (or a third party) are at your own risk.
Our liability for the cancellation of rescheduling of an event or an exhibition and your Ticket shall be limited to the refund set out above.
Accidents or Injuries During the Tour. We prioritise your safety during the tour. In the event of an accident or injury, you must immediately notify our collaborators or any of our representatives to provide necessary assistance and contact emergency services if required. You acknowledge that you participate in the tour at your own risk, and we are not liable for any accidents or injuries unless caused by our negligence or willful misconduct.

Personal Data. By booking a Ticket you agree to our processing of your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. For further information in relation to our use of your personal data for this purpose please see our Privacy Policy.
Consumer rights. These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
Governing law and jurisdiction. These Tour Terms are governed by English law and you can bring legal proceedings in respect of the products in the English courts. Each of these terms operates separately. If a court finds part of this contract illegal or unlawful, the rest will remain in full force and effect.
Modifications to the Tour Terms. These Tour Terms apply to all admissions and supersede any earlier terms. All other terms and conditions whether express or implied are hereby excluded. These Tour Terms may not be waived or amended without our written consent.
From time to time we may update or change these Tours Terms. We will always state the date on which they were last amended or updated.
